Instructions for a Physical Gift Card

Want to make your gift into a physical card?

 

  1. Purchase a gift card (or cards) online using the button on this page, but do not send the code to the recipient. Have it sent directly to you.

  2. Access our gift card template here. It is an electronically fillable PDF form.

  3. Decide whether you’d like to fill in the card information by hand, or electronically:

    1. By hand: Print out the blank template first, and then hand-write the card information.

    2. Electronically:

      1. If your web browser is modern enough, you may be able to enter the information when opening the template in a new tab in your browser. Print it directly from your browser once the fields are filled in.

      2. If your browser doesn’t support fillable forms, you’ll need to download the template to your computer and use Adobe Reader to fill in the form fields. Print it from Adobe Reader once the fields are filled in.

  4. Carefully cut out your individual gift card(s) from the larger sheet of paper.

  5. Provide the physical card(s) to your giftee(s) in whatever manner you like.
